Capital Car Wash - Delta Township

They have multiple locations but the one by the mall is the best. I love the soft cloth wash and am considering a membership with how well it did for the price

Extremely disappointed! I've been using capital car wash for years. I recently decided to give the membership a try so I wouldn't have to keep getting quarters or tokens. The app is terrible and glitches. I attempted to reach out to management several times and keep getting automated text messages after leaving a voicemail more than once. 👎🏽

Good car wash, well maintained. When the place isn't overrun with sketchy people, which being in a declining area, it often is. Policing pretty much nonexistent in the area now. Sad.

This car wash is great. Only issue I've run into is the 2nd bay the button for the credit card slot isn't super responsive and it jammed and gave me an extra 11 min when I just needed 2

I visited this car wash on September 28th, 2024, specifically to use the quarter machine. When my partner and I arrived, the owner, or someone driving a white SUV, approached us with a unwelcoming attitude. He came out from the storage area next to the quarter and token machines and immediately informed us that the machine doesn’t accept $20 bills, despite the signage indicating it accepts $5, $10, and $20 bills. If it only takes $5s and $10s, that should be clearly stated. When we asked if we could just get $5 in quarters—since we desperately needed them and the banks were closed—he rudely said he didn't advise using the machine for anything other than car wash purposes. As we turned to leave, he pointed at the parking lot and said, "Where's your car?" This comment was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. We were not being rude; we simply understood the policy and were just trying to resolve our situation. It's crucial to remember that you never know what someone else is going through. In our case, we lost our son last year, and today would have been his first birthday. We’ve faced significant challenges, including losing our car, and walk every where. A little empathy and
